Conductivity and thermoelectric coefficients of doped <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:msub><mml:mi>SrTiO</mml:mi><mml:mn>3</mml:mn></mml:msub></mml:math> at high temperatures

We developed a theory of electric and thermoelectric conductivity lightly doped SrTiO$_3$ in the non-degenerate region $k_B T \geq E_F$, assuming that major source electron scattering is their interaction with soft transverse optical phonons present due to proximity ferroelectric transition. have used kinetic equation approach within relaxation-time approximation we determined energy-dependent transport relaxation time $\tau(E)$ by iterative procedure. Using effective mass $m$ electron-transverse phonon coupling constant $\lambda$ as two fitting parameters, are able describe quantitatively large set measured temperature dependences resistivity $R(T)$ Seebeck coefficient $\mathcal{S}(T)$ for broad range densities studied experimentally recent paper [1]. In addition, calculated Nernst ratio $\nu=N/B$ linear over weak magnetic field same range.
